 Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

We do however have an exchange policy on our candles.

All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date.

We understand that sometimes we purchase a candle that may not smell the way we thought it would.

We are happy to exchange it for a fragrance that you prefer providing the candle is unused and in the same condition that you purchased it.

If you feel you have a defective product, please contact us so that we can correct it.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
