Magnesium + Aloe Mist
Magnesium Chloride is the most bio – available form of magnesium and is better absorbed typically vs. internally. Magnesium is necessary for most processes in the body, and most of us are deficient in it. Topical Magnesium is used for muscle pain + tension, sleep, constipation, menstrual + muscle cramps, restless legs, headaches, growing pains, and more. Topical magnesium products can tingle on contact, so we add soothing aloe vera extract that lessens the tingle so it can be more easily tolerated.
