You new rightly ritual - Topical Magnesium Spray. Our Magnesium and Aloe Mist is made with Magnesium Chloride which is the most bio – available form of magnesium and is better absorbed typically vs. internally. Magnesium is necessary for most processes in the body, and many of us are deficient in it - since the levels in soil are dropping. Topical Magnesium is used for muscle pain + tension, sleep, constipation, menstrual + muscle cramps, restless legs, headaches, growing pains, and more. Topical magnesium products can tingle or sting on contact, so we add soothing aloe vera extract that lessens the tingle so it can be more easily tolerated.
Spray 1-5 sprays on affected areas. Do not use on broken skin or freshly shaving skin as it can still tingle/sting. Spray on the bottoms of feet, neck, and shoulders when using for help with sleep. Safe for kids 3 years and up. Always do a test patch before applying to a large areas just in case.
